Hib is traditional delicacy originated in ancient times.
It is made of figs, aromatic herbs, almonds, brandy, etc. It is kept in a dry laurel and rosemary leaves to preserve the Hib from flies and other pests, and also to give the additional flavour.
Hib's ingredients are ecologically clean and without artificial additives: figs, almond, fennel, orange peel and bitters.
