General terms
A buyer on Internet shop Gifts.hr can be any adult and legally capable person who accepts general terms and conditions of use, which will be accepted by ordering products from the shop.
The services at Internet shop can be used after registration by filling the registration form.
All photos of products published on the Internet shop are symbolic, and may differ from actual product looks. We do not offer a guaranty and service for products from the web shop.
The photos, texts and other materials may not be published and distributed without the consent of Gifts.hr. Misuse of these materials entails responsibility and obligation of non-pecuniary damage.
Koprivnicki poduzetnik Ltd., the owner of Gifts.hr web shop, undertakes not to trade and export alcoholic beverages outside of Croatian market without valid permits to transport alcoholic beverages. In the Republic of Croatia, there are no special licences necessary in trading with alcoholic beverages. The only condition in trading with alcoholic beverages is that all alcoholic beverages must be labeled with stamp of Croatian Ministry of Finance.
Prices and payment
Gitfs.hr reserves the right to change the prices without any prior notice.
Minimum price order is not specified. Delivery costs are not included in the product price.
After You select a product and confirm it at a cash box, it is necessary to select the payment way. Ordered products can not be payed after receiving a package.
Payments are currently possible on our international account, and soon will be possible through credit cards and PayPal.
How to shop in the Internet shop Gifts.hr
Browsing the web shop and using a basket is not binding till the moment of confirming your order at a cash office. So, You can put any product in a basket, and change them, till the moment of final order at a cash office.
After you come to cash office, you will have to fill the ordering form with the correct information of delivery address, select a way of paying and packing.
By clicking on a field "Buy", the product will be ordered. You will get a confirmation about ordered products on Your e-mail.
Ordered products will be delivered at required address as soon as possible, in accordance with the terms of delivery.
Gift Cards
Internet shop Gifts.hr offers a gift cards in it´s assortment, without additional delivery costs.
On each gift card, it is pointed out where the particular gift card can be used.
After selecting the desired gift card, and after completion of payment, the buyer will receive on his e-mail address specified in the registration data, a gift certificate in PDF format. The gift card will be marked with unique serial number and control number.
If the buyer wants to receive a gift card on his home address, or send a gift card to a third person who will use the voucher, it is only required to specify the exact delivery address and to write a note about the delivery to a home address.
